Oliver James New York has an exciting opportunity on our Claims desk available! Our ideal candidate is someone with a full-desk 360 recruitment background and looking to take their career to the next level.

• We're seeking an experienced 360 to join one of the highest performing, most successful insurance recruitment teams in the world. About You

• 4+ years' experience in professional services recruiting or similar
• Must have new business development experience and a strong track record in establishing new contracts with clients and revenue/billing
• Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ideal experience would be within financial services or insurance recruitment, but we've been able to help recruiters from unrelated backgrounds become incredibly successful!
