Director of Nursing Behavioral Health

This is a full-time role consisting of a 8a-4p day shift, offering $90/hour.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to oversee the Behavioral Health Department at a renowned Medical Center located in Brooklyn. You will be tasked with overseeing all behavioral health nursing services within this facility, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance, while also managing and leading nursing staff.

Duties Include:

• Oversees all behavioral health nursing services
• Ensures quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Leads and directs the nursing department, setting goals and objectives.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates nursing staff, including hiring and onboarding.
• Manages nursing staff schedules and workloads.
• Develops and implements nursing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• NYS RN
• At least 3-5+ years nurse management experience required
