Capital Markets Paralegal

Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a Capital Markets Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Downtown Manhattan.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Form 10-K process from start to finish
• Prepare approximately 350 reports every 2 weeks for clients
• Ensure all reports are filed in a timely manner
• Gather information regarding operations, risk factors, and financial statements by collaborating with clients and partners
• Maintain and track deal information
• Manage and coordinate closings, review, and preparation of closing documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years’ corporate or transactional paralegal experience
• Experience with Form 10-K process and submission
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with others

Salary Range: $125,000 to $150,000
