Key Responsibilities
- Media Buying & Negotiation
- Lead RFPs, analyze proposals, negotiate with partners, and ensure accurate insertion orders. Coordinate with creative agencies and activation teams (Search, Social, Programmatic).
- Digital Strategy
- Assist in campaign strategy, guide junior team members, use data tools for planning and competitive analysis, and stay current on trends in digital media.
- Campaign Management
- Oversee trafficking, QA tagging, manage creative deliverables, and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation post-campaign.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze datasets for insights, collaborate with analytics teams, and maintain dashboards and trackers.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships, support clients, and manage deliverables across departments.
- Mentorship
- Train and support junior team members, provide feedback, and participate in hiring.

Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of digital media experience
