Outpatient RN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN - $58/hour!) to join our healthcare team at one of NYC's most prevalent hospital and healthcare systems. This is a full-time, M-F/9a-5p contract role. The Registered Nurse will provide essential patient care in an outpatient setting under the supervision of clinical colleagues and physicians, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.

Travel/Stipend packages available for travel nurses. Referral bonus of $500 available for placed referral that works 100+ hours.

Registered Nurse Duties Include:

• Carries out nursing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Completes and documents initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Performs care interventions and evaluates them against patient goals
• Adjusts or modifies treatment plans as directed or indicated by the supervisor
• Provides patient and family education on disease prevention and management
• Delegates patient care tasks to other members of the team as necessary
• Works collaboratively with the care team to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Provides additional guidance to patients over the phone as necessary

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• NYS Registered Nurse License
• BSN
• BLS
• 2 years of ambulatory experience required
• 2 years neurology OR primary care OR liver transplant experience required
