Commercial Litigation Attorney

Midsize Law Firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Houston team!

Details & Benefits:

• Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 base salary (flexible, DOE)
• Annual discretionary bonus
• Practice area focus: Commercial Litigation (a lot of Complex Business Litigation/Arbitration, Health Law, Regulatory Law, and OSHA Defense)
• Billable Hour Requirement: 173 per month

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required as an Attorney in Commercial Litigation (open to a variety of industry focuses)
• Strong Litigation experience: experience handling cases from start to finish (from intake to trial)
• Very strong writing skills (motion practices, briefs, summary judgments, etc.)
• Willing to take responsibility and manage a caseload in a fast-paced setting
