I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their team. This role involves managing and securing our company's computer networks, including both wired and wireless systems. Key responsibilities include:.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, wireless).
• Providing advanced technical support and guiding junior engineers.
• Implementing network security measures (firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
• Integrating networks of acquired companies.
• Monitoring and optimizing network performance.
• Managing multiple projects and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, especially with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst routers, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Preferred certifications: CCNE, CCNA, or CCNP.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols and network security.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SolarWinds, Fortinet, Ruckus Wireless, Cisco ISE, SDWAN, Azure Networking, and VPN technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in network engineering and security technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Estimated Min Rate : $130000.00
Estimated Max Rate : $135000.00
