Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and nurture executive relationships with key enterprise clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts, including new services, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies.
- Develop account plans and client roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams (delivery, solutioning, sales engineering, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
- Ensure revenue targets, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with industry leaders, practice heads, and technical experts to shape client-specific solutions.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively suggest innovative service offerings.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership on account status, opportunities, and risks.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including account management, consulting, or business development in the technology or services sector.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and delivering on revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT services, cloud technologies, and emerging trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Experience working in or with global delivery models and cross-functional teams
