Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support/ Assistant to provide administrative support to our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the IT Recruiting, Staffing and Consulting industry and gain valuable training and insights in a one-on-one basis. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and time management skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serves in a client-facing capacity in relationship management
- Coordinates account-related events such as happy hours, corporate travel arrangements, and sponsored events
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews: manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
- Manages account communication such as updating job descriptions, organizational charts, updating the database, etc.
- Collaborates with the recruiting team throughout candidate hiring process.
- Handle detail-oriented administrative tasks, including onboarding/offboarding consultants and reviewing expense reports
- Note taking on all Account Management calls with client
- Opportunities to assist with internal culture events
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Time management skills
- Cross-functional coordination of various internal and external teams
- Ability to adapt and change with the needs of client
- A positive attitude, team player, and a “get it done” mentality
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be reliable and dependable, able to follow directions and work independently.
- Curiosity and capacity to learn quickly.
- Energetic, self-driven attitude.
Technical Strengths :
- MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Managing Multiple Calendars
- Teams, Zoom, Video Call platform experience strongly preferred
- Experience with an ATS or CRM Platform is preferred
