What you’ll be doing:

• Manage 6 clinical counsellors and 2 peer supports
• Oversee quality of care at the center
• Ensure Medicaid Compliance
• Supervise Counsellor and Peer Support productivity and performance
• Train and communicate feedback to direct reports effectively

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership skills and effective communicator
• LISW (licensed Independent Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) required
• 2+ years of providing integrated behavioral healthcare services (Mental Health/Addiction Recovery)
• Supervisory/Management experience (even if it was outside of healthcare)
• Must have a valid driver's license
