About the Role

As a Antitrust Litigation Associate, you will work alongside industry-leading litigators handling some of the most sophisticated and high-stakes matters in the legal world. The antitrust team is nationally respected for its work at the intersection of litigation, regulatory enforcement, and strategic counseling, representing major corporations in complex competition matters across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients across a diverse range of industries in federal and foreign regulatory agencies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Agency outreach and advocacy
• Customized antitrust compliance strategies (including compliance with digital regulations)
• Interact directly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates in high-impact cases.
