Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Hickory, NC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain financial performance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling staff, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. The General Manager will also develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Operational Management, Inventory Management, and Financial Acumen
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Hickory, NC
- Experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry is a plus
- Experience in management is required
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
