What You’ll Do:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Coordinate contract execution with sales, operations, logistics, and engineering teams
Analyze payment terms, credit risk, and revenue recognition
Manage documentation for NDAs, Master Agreements, and customer agreements
Maintain organized digital records for contract lifecycle management
Support process improvements by updating contract templates and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years in contract administration or similar role
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
✅ Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms, compliance, and risk
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Skilled in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards or ERP experience is a plus
✅ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions
