Litigation Associate

We have partnered with our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, with a search for a Litigation Associate to join their practice in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of civil and/or business litigation experience.
• Cases will involve contract, general business disputes, financial services disputes, and construction disputes.
• Enjoys working on complex litigation cases.

Requirements:

• MUST have remarkable research skills, writing and communication skills.
• MUST be able to work on a team and independently with a comfort level in state and federal court.
• MUST be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
