We specialize in Family Law, and we’re looking for a Family Law Partner to lead one of our collaborative teams of associate attorneys and paralegals. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced attorney who wants to focus on mentoring, strategic case management, and delivering exceptional client service without the pressure of generating their own business.
What You’ll Do as a Partner
- Lead your team: Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and paralegals
- Review team billing: Oversee and approve weekly billing entries for quality and accuracy
- Client consults: Conduct initial consultations (provided by our in-house intake team)
- Resolve escalations: Step in on client concerns or complex issues to ensure satisfaction
- Case management: Guide strategy and ensure timely and ethical handling of matters
- Team meetings: Host regular check-ins to ensure your team is aligned, supported, and thriving
- Collaborate: Partner with other firm leaders to support firm-wide initiatives and innovation
What You Won’t Have to Do
- Generate your own leads or manage marketing
- Work excessive evenings or weekends (emergencies happen, but we plan for balance)
- Be a team of one. We’ve built infrastructure and support for long-term success
- Handle billing disputes or administrative busywork
- Make your living room your office unless life calls for a day of flexibility
What We’re Looking For
- Colorado Bar license in good standing
- 12+ years of legal experience , ideally with 5+ years in family law
- Proven experience leading teams of attorneys or legal staff
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Courtroom experience and a strategic litigation mindset
- A hands-on, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a collaborative in-office environment
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $185,000 – $275,000+
- (Exact salary depends on years of experience and leadership responsibilities. See our Attorney Pay Scale )
