Associate Title Attorney

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Title Attorney located in Cary, NC. The Associate Title Attorney will be responsible for conducting title examinations, preparing legal documents for real estate transactions, and providing legal advice. The role also includes conducting legal research, negotiating terms, and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The attorney will work closely with clients to meet their needs and achieve successful outcomes.

• Proficient in Law, with a focus on Real Estate transactions
• Experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and Negotiation
• Excellent Research skills in legal matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the State Bar
