Job Description
We are looking for a full-time site superintendent. In this role, the individual will provide excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, manage and coordinate the completion of projects on time within documented scope, communicate with sales, customers and installation teams. All in a professional and ethical manner.
Responsibilities
The primary role of the Site Superintended here at Occupied Renovations is to oversee the project from the time our sales team hands it off to project management up until we get a final sign off on all work that’s been completed. Within this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Full oversight of the construction portion of commercial interior renovations
· Coordination, management and supervision of all on-site installers, materials, equipment and deliveries
· Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
· Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
· Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
· Plan construction processes
· Monitor and report on project progress. Coordinate any updates to the master schedule and inform the construction team of any changes.
· Report any changes to the scope and coordinate the additional work.
· Responsible for timely close out and punch list completion
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budget
· Represent Occupied Renovations in an appropriate manner to clients, subcontractors, installers, vendors and building management
· Ensure that all safety procedures and guidelines are followed according on OSHA, federal and state rules and guidelines
Requirements
· Commercial Construction Background preferred
· Ability to read architectural drawings, documents, schematics and written instructions
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
· Basic computer skills
· Valid Georgia driver’s license
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials and acceptable driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
