Compensation: Market-based salary plus  performance-based annual bonus

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy & roadmap  – Translate vision into milestones, product features, and release plans.

• Champion user experience  – Partner with design to ensure intuitive workflows and polished UIs.

• Align the engineering team  – Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retros; clear blockers and drive delivery.

• Architect & code  – Make key architectural decisions and contribute production-quality code in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Delight customers  – Conduct product demos, provide onboarding support, capture feedback, and loop insights into the roadmap.

• Measure & iterate  – Track adoption, performance, and quality metrics; refine processes for speed and scale.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years  experience shipping B2B SaaS products (3+ years in a product manager capacity)

• Demonstrated history of leading engineering teams  in an Agile environment (sprint ceremonies, velocity tracking, mentoring).

• Strong coding proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript ; comfortable reviewing PRs and setting technical direction.

• Solid grasp of cloud architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern DevOps workflows.

• Keen eye for UX and interaction design —you recognize friction points and push for elegant solutions.

• Confident communicator—equally at home whiteboarding with engineers and demoing to C-suite customers.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and available to be in the Austin office .

Nice-To-Have

• Experience with AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.).

• Background scaling B2B SaaS in high-growth settings.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
