Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant – $80K–$90K (stretch to $100K for the right person)

A fast-growing construction services company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a small, collaborative branch team supporting large commercial projects. This is a high-impact, full-time, onsite role offering strong visibility, a clear growth path, and excellent work/life balance.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle job costing, billing (AIA & T&M), and project reporting
• Track and analyze costs, billings, and revenue recognition
• Assist with cash flow, reconciliations, and project closeouts
• Support accounting operations across a 3-person office, reporting to the Regional Controller

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting experience, construction or job-costing experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team environment
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Spectrum is a plus

***Must be able to work onsite full-time in Mt. Laurel during the office transition period.
