Assistant Chief Engineer

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to support the maintenance of a commercial office property. This role involves hands-on work with building systems to ensure tenant comfort and safety. This role requires Class A office commercial building maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests.
• Assist in energy management and sustainability efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Relevant trade certifications preferred.
