Senior General Superintendent

We’re seeking an experienced Senior General Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center builds across the Midwest. You will represent one of the nation’s top-tier general contractors known for delivering complex mission-critical projects with precision, speed, and safety.

As the field authority, you’ll oversee multiple large-scale scopes, mentor field teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects valued at $100M+. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all field operations from preconstruction through commissioning
• Direct and coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control are executed to the highest standards
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Drive project schedules and critical path timelines across mission-critical infrastructure
• Act as a trusted client-facing leader on the job site

What We’re Looking For:

• 20+ years of construction experience, with 15+ years in a superintendent role on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects
• Proven ability to lead large field teams on fast-track projects
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, ground-up construction, and commissioning processes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate within the Midwest as projects require
