Architectural Project Manager

HDA is looking for a new project manager to join of team. In this role you will collaboratively draft, develop and manage architectural documentation: prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications. Other duties include:

• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs
• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, etc. 
• Develop and manage construction documents through the permitting process.
• Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using AutoCAD. 
• Coordinate construction administrative services during construction

Preferred Skills: 4+ years experience in AutoCad; proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft
