Assistant Project Manager

Opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing Multifamily G.C. and forge a career.

This business has built over 4000 units in 8 years and is expanding their operations across TX. Headquartered in Houston, you will be working on a podium/garden style hybrid in Ft. Worth.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead PM in project buyout
• Assisting with the project schedule and budget creation
• Managing RFIs and Change Order process
• Ensuring Payapps are completed

Qualifications

• Experience on at least one ground up multifamily projects in excess of $30MM
• Expertise in using ProCore software
• Ideally be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Construction related degree
