An award-winning architecture studio with a global presence is seeking a Design Principal to lead the firm's Miami-based studio. Though preference is to have expertise with high-end resorts, hotels, residential, and/or master planning design for small to large-scale complex projects, design experience is welcomed in a wide range of building types.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Architecture (MArch preferred)

• Registered Architecture license and LEED accreditation required

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in an architectural design firm with roles of increasing responsibility

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a design leadership role

• Merits in design competitions at the individual or team level required, at minimum having a strong knowledge and history of submission to regional and global design awards

• Experience managing medium to large complex projects through all phases of design development

• A passion for design with exceptional communication and management skills

• Highly articulate, fluency in English a must

• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Able to work well under pressure, leading by example

• A true team-player that leaves ego at the door

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the US for any employer
