General Superintendent

G&E Partners are working directly with the CEO of Montana's leading Turnkey contractor with expertise in delivering projects across industrial, civil, commercial, hospitality and large-scale multi-family markets. We are seeking a General Superintendent to integrate the team during this hyper growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-site development execution for commercial and residential projects—from greenfield earthwork through utilities installation, paving, and site finishing.
• Manage and coordinate all underground infrastructure , including water, sewer, storm drains, and roadway utilities using GPS/Total Station layout.
• Supervise on-site construction teams , including subcontractors, foremen, and labor forces, ensuring adherence to Easton’s safety, quality, and schedule standards .
• Oversee daily field activities , including crew assignments, equipment operations, material orders, site cleanliness, and productivity tracking.
• Coordinate site logistics , including staging, phasing, permits, and access across multiple commercial or multi-family sites simultaneously
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators in preconstruction and execution phases, conducting constructability reviews, value engineering, and change order assessments .
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, DOT, municipal, and industry regulations; lead safety meetings and reinforce Easton’s core value of safe, quality construction
• Implement quality control and final turnover , facilitating inspections, punch list creation, owner walkthroughs, and handover documentation.
• Mentor and develop field staff , supporting career growth and performance evaluation aligned with Easton’s culture and vision
• Support bid preparation and resource planning , providing field insights for accurate budgeting, equipment needs, manpower tracking, and schedule forecasting.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction , with a strong emphasis on site development , earthwork , and underground utilities (storm, water, sewer).
• 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent-level role , leading multiple crews and managing complex construction schedules.
• Proven success overseeing full-site packages for commercial and/or residential projects, from mass excavation through final grading and paving.
• Experience working with municipalities, utility authorities, and private developers to ensure project compliance and coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
