Job Description
Strategy & Transformation Manager
Seattle, WA | Hybrid (Monday–Wednesday in-office)
We are a Series D, pre-IPO B2B SaaS unicorn on a mission to scale with precision and build world-class go-to-market engines. With global teams, deep investment backing, and a rapidly growing customer base, we are focused on sustainable, strategic growth and GTM excellence.
As we enter our next chapter, we’re looking for a Manager, GTM Transformation to join our high-impact team. This role will work closely with the CRO, CEO, CMO, and VP of Transformation on some of the most critical cross-functional initiatives to drive GTM strategy, prioritization, and KPI development.
You will be at the center of strategic decision-making, driving the frameworks and operational rigor that enable our GTM teams to scale intelligently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and thought leader for GTM leadership, including the CRO, CEO, CMO, and VP of Transformation.
- Lead cross-functional projects that refine our go-to-market strategy, sales prioritization, and operational frameworks.
- Build and operationalize performance tracking dashboards and KPI frameworks to inform C-suite decisions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and the Business Intelligence teams to ensure the right data is surfaced at the right time.
- Support internal transformation initiatives that improve sales process efficiency, resource allocation, and revenue predictability.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in management consulting at a top consulting firm or investment banking at a top-tier bank.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or an early-stage tech environment, ideally working in GTM strategy, program management or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset; experience with tools like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and quickly shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Able to confidently engage with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operates with a bias toward action and is not afraid to build, test, and iterate.
- Strong business acumen and ability to zoom out from detailed analysis to focus on big-picture impact.
- Collaborative, dependable, and someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
We are building something special here—a place where ambitious people can have outsized impact, grow rapidly, and shape the trajectory of a company on the path to IPO.
