You’re skilled at staying grounded in emotionally charged situations, calmly guiding clients through conflict while keeping their best interests at heart. You handle tough conversations with care, recognize the emotional realities your clients face, and know how to keep perspective without getting caught up in the drama.

Your background includes working with high-net-worth and highly educated individuals, often on complex financial issues. You excel at helping clients identify what truly matters to them, and you guide them toward lasting, meaningful solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work closely with clients on a wide range of family law matters—prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, spousal support, and child support. Our firm offers Collaborative Law, Mediation, Litigation, and Negotiation services, and you’ll have access to robust training in all of these areas. We serve clients throughout New York City, Westchester, and Fairfield County, CT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal strategy and oversee client matters from start to finish
• Assess client needs, listen deeply, and craft personalized action plans
• Ensure client records are maintained with accuracy and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially under pressure
• 5–7 years of experience practicing matrimonial or family law
• Mediation training and/or experience is a strong plus
