Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and generating interest with candidates for a variety of positions and levels across the company. You will partner closely with the recruiting team to build strong talent pipelines that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract talent through social media and other channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives by identifying underrepresented talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, icims Workday) is a plus.
• A passion for recruiting and people; commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Background in agency and/or in-house recruiting environments.
• Knowledge of DEI sourcing strategies and metrics.
