The firm represents clients in all Atlanta metro counties, The firm also assists other attorneys with military aspects of domestic, criminal and other civil matters, including military research, appellate practice, and expert testimony.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney role located in Peachtree Corners, GA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in domestic and criminal matters. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills to effectively manage legal research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft legal documents and represent clients in court
• Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Georgia
