Personal Injury Associate Attorney, Full Time

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 BASE, Annually Depending on experience, PLUS Bonus

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of up to 20-25 high-value cases, taking each case from inception to arbitration
• Representing clients in arbitration/court, attending client meetings, and handling all aspects of case management with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
• Contributing to the firm’s growth by bringing in new clients and enhancing our presence in the community

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to practice in Washington state
• 4+ years of trial litigation experience, with the ability to manage cases independently
• Must know the local court rules and state court rules
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach
• A team player who values a supportive, collegial work environment and is eager to contribute to the firm’s culture of excellence and service
• Empathy for clients and a passion for helping those who have suffered catastrophic injuries

Preferred Experience

• Admission to practice in additional states is a plus
• Familiarity with case management software, especially Case Advocate
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued
