Quality Manager

Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing Company located on the South side of Lexington Kentucky is looking for a Plant Quality Manager

• Maintain quality objectives through coordination of quality systems and production procedures with the cooperation of other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs
• Review, monitor, and maintain all IATF activities to ensure compliance.
• Direct workers to do inspection and testing activities to make sure continuous improvement of materials, facilities and products
• Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. Investigate and adjust quality issues with customers through review of portals, emails, and scorecards.
• Participate and implement 5S improvements.

REQUIRED

10 Years working in Quality in a Plant Manufacturing Environment

4+ years working as a Quality Manager

Strong background in IS0 or TS16949, 5S and Lean Manufactruring
