Human Resources Generalist

We are currently seeking a skilled and adaptable Human Resources Generalist to support our client’s manufacturing operations in Fairfield, OH. This is a contract role expected to last a minimum of 8 months, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Having bilingual skills in Spanish would also make you an ideal fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Administer HR policies and ensure alignment with employment laws and company standards
• Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee concerns
• Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong background in manufacturing environments required
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities independently
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
