Senior Project Manager

Ground Up Construction Recruiting has partnered with leading general contractor in Omaha on their search for a Senior Project Manager . We're looking for an A-Player that's wanting a long-term home.

This company specializes in high-end interior renovations of Class A commercial buildings and do about $65M in revenue per year.

Along with managing projects and providing conceptual estimates, you'll also mentor younger project managers and be on the construction leadership team.

• Salary up to $140k
• $750/month vehicle allowance
• 4 weeks of PTO

We're looking for someone that's people-first, great at leading meetings with project owners, capable of developing conceptual estimates, is quality and time oriented (not low cost), and someone that people love to talk with.
