Industry: Commercial, Mixed-Use, High-Rise, or Residential

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to grand opening.
• Lead subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure top-tier quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase builds.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with Miami-Dade building codes a plus.
