Program Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Frisco, Texas.

Duties:

• Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows
• Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPIs, and recommend actionable improvements
• Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with teams including procurement, network, device, and IT to ensure thorough documentation
• Monitor and report on progress to ensure alignment
• Leverage data analytics as necessary to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goals
• Serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and/or process improvement roles
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and procurement tools
• Six Sigma or related certifications are highly desirable

The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $58.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
