What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical projects ($20K–$500K+) from kickoff through closeout
• Own project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead and mentor crews, subs, and field staff—ensuring safety, quality, and daily coordination
• Serve as primary client contact; collaborate across Estimating, Engineering, and Ops
• Enforce QA/QC protocols, conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial construction (PM, Asst. PM, or Superintendent roles)
• Hands-on HVAC/mechanical experience and blueprint fluency
• Strong leadership, communication, and schedule/budget control skills
• Safety-first mindset with the ability to drive results in the field

Salary: $80K – $120K DOE

Vehicle Allowance: $600/month + gas card from day 1
