Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Houston, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing outstanding customer service. The representative will follow up on sales inquiries, build strong relationships with clients, and seek to link operations with customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
