Pay Range: $20hr - $22hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. - Targeted Years of Experience: 0 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining senior executives' complex calendar with constantly changing priorities, including scheduling meetings without clearance on occasion.
- In some cases, coordinating on-site multi-day meetings which include catering, greeting guests and external partner teams, etc.
- Planning travel including extensive support of international travel for executives and their teams, managing expenses, and overseeing/ensuring safe arrival/transport to and from various international locations.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Oversee the daily operations of your assigned vertical.
- Prioritize competing tasks and/or deadlines, and track and report standardized measurements of success.
- Partnering with other Executive/Legal Admins and setting a plan with other members of the administrative team within vertical structure to ensure constant coverage.
- Screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
- Prepare presentations, agenda, reports, special projects, and other documents in the G-Suite platform.
- Act as Engagement Hub Champion.
- Handle vendor invoices through purchase order processing and reconciliation.
- Organizing and coordinating the operation of an office overseeing and managing the provisioning of supplies, equipment, and services that enable the staff to perform their jobs effectively.
- Update and maintain team Google Drive information, permissions and other administration of team drives and files.
- Update and maintain team slack channels
- Performing ad hoc project related duties as requested.
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written skills/Time Management/Problem-Solving
- G-Suite proficiency
- Ability to commute to Client hub in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
