Opening: Service Advisor

Location: Peachtree City, GA 30269

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional additional hours as needed)

We're looking for a personable and organized Service Advisor to serve as the key liaison between customers and our service team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring excellent service delivery, clear communication, and a seamless experience for both clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments, explain repair recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with technicians and internal staff to coordinate service workflow
• Input and manage work orders, estimates, and repair documentation in computer systems
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their service status
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service area

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (customer-facing & internal)
• Solid technical and computer literacy
• Experience in automotive, ATV, golf cart, or related mechanical fields preferred
• Dependable, positive team player with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
