Position Overview
The Staffing and Retention Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care by focusing on caregiver satisfaction and long-term retention. This role is centered around building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and caregivers to ensure needs are met with compassion and care.
You will oversee service coordination, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain open communication across care teams, family members, and external providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and caregivers
- Proactively address caregiver needs and resolve issues independently
- Assist in onboarding and training new caregivers
- Deliver continuous training and support for current caregiving staff
- Schedule caregivers based on client needs, availability, and skills
- Conduct regular care plan assessments and address safety or service gaps
- Collaborate with families, providers, and internal teams for seamless care delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in caregiving or healthcare
- Previous experience in home care, staffing, or scheduling is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/care management software
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
