Pay Rate: $23.80/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date: July 21, 2025

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in San Diego! This 3-month contract role (with a high likelihood of extension) is crucial for supporting our recruitment process by managing interview scheduling and ensuring an excellent experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, video, and onsite) with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate interview details promptly and expertly resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Manage scheduling tools and maintain accurate information within our systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries related to scheduling.
• Provide essential support to recruiters and hiring managers, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, preferably within a recruitment or HR support function.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, calendar management, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and confidentiality standards.
• A collaborative and communicative approach, committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
