Job Description
Provides essential administrative support to individuals or departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination of tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
Track and maintain financial records and departmental expenses
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail
Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and events
Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as needed
