Immediate Need: Contract Executive Assistant (Dallas - In Office)
A well-established, private family office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to step into a fast-paced, high-touch environment on a short-term basis. This is a hands-on, in-office role supporting senior leadership — ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal direction.
1-Week Contract | Starting Monday, 8AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Take clear, concise meeting notes and send daily recaps
- Calendar management, reservation booking, travel coordination
- Greet guests, manage office needs, order supplies
- Monitor a shared EA inbox and delegate as needed
- Support event logistics (e.g., flyers for gallery events)
- Handle mail and shipping (must be comfortable using FedEx.com)
- Occasionally drop off packages (must have a reliable car)
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as an EA or office manager
- Extremely organized, proactive, and fast-moving
- Confident communicator — able to work with a Chief of Staff remotely
- Comfortable working independently with a “get it done yesterday” mindset
