Job Title: Bid & Proposal Coordinator

Pay : $60-70,000 a year

Location : Millersville, MD (Hybrid – in office 3 days/week)

Job Purpose: Bring your creativity and precision to the proposal team. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting proposals tailored to each project's unique requirements. If you're a detail-oriented pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Proposals Manager in creating proposals and bids for FF&E specific to each project.
• Maintain and create relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Request pricing for specific products and services.
• Correspond with clients and interior designers to confirm accuracy of specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors and interior designers to ensure accuracy in specification and plans.
• Create bid analysis and other pricing evaluation exercises.
• Assist in creating and reviewing proposals.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business preferred.
• 1-2 years of furniture related experience.
• Must be proficient in all MS office applications including Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Familiarity with web based applications.
