CNC Mazak Lathe Machinist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must be able to competently setup and program Mazak lathes in order to produce precision parts from supplied prints or samples.

Experience:

• Prefer a candidate with at lease 5 years programming experience with Mazak lathes

Responsibilities

• Program and operate Mazak live tooled lathes to produce precision components.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize machining processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to ensure production efficiency.

• Maintain and update documentation related to programming and machine operations.

• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
