Customer Service Representative
The Marketing Method, based in Columbus, Ohio, is hiring a full time Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will be working with a dedicated team to provide stellar support for our new and existing customers. The Customer Service Representative will also be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintain open communication with customers to ensure all parties are clear in direction and orders are confirmed
- Provide high quality, professional and timely customer service when handling customer complaints, support and quotes
- Refer to guidelines for various customer service topics
- Use the best practices and techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Coordinate and collaborate between multiple departments, customers and service providers
- Document all customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure the correct products are delivered
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Inform customer about available package and bundle options
- Coordinate with sales team to drive sales
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
