Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We’re Growing — and We Need a Rockstar to Own Our Shipping & Receiving Ops

We’re a fast-growing startup transforming the medical distribution space and we’re looking for someone hands-on, detail-obsessed, and ready to take charge of packing, shipping, and inventory. As our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator , you’ll be on the front lines of our operation — making sure every order goes out perfectly and every incoming shipment is handled like clockwork. If you love staying organized, moving fast, and making sure things get where they need to go we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pick, Pack & Ship: Carefully pack and label outgoing medical devices to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. You'll be the last stop before our products reach customers — and we take that seriously.
• Receive & Inspect: Unload, check in, and organize incoming shipments. You’ll verify contents, flag any issues, and keep everything flowing smoothly.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update counts in our system, and help ensure we always know what we have (and what we’re running low on).
• Organize the Workspace: Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workspace. You’ll be setting the tone for how we scale our physical operations.
• Work with Tools: Use shipping software (like ShipStation) and inventory platforms to process orders and update records in real-time.
• Support Logistics: Assist with coordinating shipments, troubleshooting delivery issues, and keeping things running smoothly across the supply chain.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles — especially in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Experience using a software like Netsuite is a HUGE plus
• You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in doing things right the first time.
• Physically able to lift and move boxes (typically 30–50 lbs).
• Comfortable working independently — but you’re a team player through and through.
• Excited to be part of something growing fast — and willing to grow with it.
