Job Title: Instructional Designer and Change Lead
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 18 Months On W2 Contract
Job Description:
The Instructional Design and Change Lead acts as a strategic partner across multiple stakeholder groups within Commercial Operations. The key priority of this role is to accelerate Client 's digital ambition through digital transformation initiatives. The Instructional Design and Change Lead will deliver Change Management and Instructional Design principles to the Innovation Hub as a partner to the broader Commercial Operations teams. The Instructional Design and Change Lead has significant levels of responsibility and accountability for driving change management across programs to ensure delivery on commercial outcomes. The Instructional Design and Change Lead will develop and direct all change management activities throughout Innovation Hub.
Major Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies for projects and initiatives within Innovation Hub
- Identify relevant stakeholders for change management success
- Lead stakeholder interviews and change management workshops / training
- Prioritize business and functional requirements through planning sessions with business stakeholders
- Determine, negotiate and obtain stakeholder buy-in
- Establish change management plans for execution
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics to manage program risks
- Design, development, delivery and management of communications for Innovation Hub
- Design, develop, update, and implement online and written training and communication material – both associate-facing and customer-facing
- Leverage instructional design methodologies in the development and improvement of digital solutions
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and produce status reports/dashboards on a periodic basis
- Ensure deliverables are produced in conformance with quality requirements
- Ensure team adheres to Client ´s established governance, frameworks and tools and ensure consistency with Client ´s policies, standards, processes and guidelines
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and implement continuous improvement on communications by constantly capturing feedback, assessing team performance and conducting retrospective sessions
- In conjunction with peers, recommend and help design business process changes for better product adoption
- Develop long-term action plans in consultation with Business and IT peers
- Regular and close engagement with all stakeholders
- Supports North America Vision Care and Surgical Commercial with revenues of approx. $4 billion

Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills
- Strong leadership, influencing and conflict resolution skills to drive change and business outcome
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources
- Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team
- Proven experience operating in a global environment
- Experience working with ambiguity and high learning agility
- 6+ years of applicable Change Management/Instructional Design experience
Preferred
- Prior experience within the Digital space
- Change management certification and/or relevant years of experience
- Instructional Design certification and/or relevant years of experience
- Working knowledge of Instructional Design software including Camtasia and Articulate
