TrustPoint.One has partnered with an international law firm in San Francisco to find a Senior Trademark Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

If you’re a seasoned paralegal ready to manage global trademark portfolios and support top-tier legal work, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• Conduct pre-screening searches and file applications with USPTO/WIPO
• Coordinate with global agents and oversee foreign filings
• Support M&A, licensing, and due diligence projects
• Maintain docketing, track deadlines, and keep clients informed

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in trademark prosecution (U.S. & international)
• Bachelor’s degree (ABA paralegal cert a plus)
• Deep knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and global IP processes
• Experience with Corsearch, SAEGIS, Foundation IP or similar tools
• Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
