- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our HR & Employee Experience Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions within Workday and other HR systems to support our global workforce.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, streamline HR operations, and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Recruiting) and other HR technologies.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support solution design.
- Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across the HR tech landscape.
- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements through automation and system optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful integration and data flow between systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, validate system functionality, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for HR systems users.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, and knowledge base articles.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to shifting business needs with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, with a strong focus on Workday.
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and processes, including employee lifecycle, compensation, performance, and recruiting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business users.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field. MBA or Masters preferred.
- Workday certification(s) and experience with additional HR tools are a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements
